Brian J. King is the President of Marriott International’s Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region, responsible for the leadership, operations, long-term growth and financial management of 270 Marriott International hotels and resorts, representing 3B in 2019 sales across 21 brands in 31 countries and territories. In this role he sets the region’s strategic priorities to achieve shareholder value by focusing on unit growth, revenue generation, customer engagement, and prioritizing best-in-class leading practices that elevate the guest experience. As a senior Marriott executive, he has an extensive and diversified background in digital, marketing, global sales, brand building, operations, and talent development.

Brian oversees all of Marriott's worldwide digital, sales, distribution, revenue management and customer engagement efforts. Brian's organization ensures a thoughtful approach to blending high-tech and high-touch services that ultimately drive revenue and customer loyalty for life. Marriott’s digital channels generate over 20 billion in sales annually and Marriott's customer engagement centers that host over 65 million interactions each year.

Brian served a dual capacity as the Global Brand Officer for Marriott Signature Brands & Global Sales Officer at Marriott International. In this role, he had overall responsibility for brand positioning, long range strategy, marketing communications, product and service development for the diverse portfolio of brand’s carrying the Marriott name. Brian was responsible for providing strategic leadership and management oversight to Marriott’s Global Sales Organization (GSO). This worldwide global accounts organization builds strategic, business-to-business relationships with Tier-1 multi-national corporations, national associations, and third party travel intermediaries. This organization is a specialized professional sales force with over 500 associates in 70 different countries.
