Have experience with Conventional, HVLP and Electrostatic application.Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving, including creation of troubleshooting guides to assist employees in finding the solution without external assistance.Experience as manager but not my preference.Experience working in a lab doing CMM measurements, annual validations, gage calibrations, durability testing, distortion testing and chemical resistance testing to name a few.Received training on troubleshooting, process control, management.Written and updated hundreds of standardized work procedures.Have implemented cost savings from pennies to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
