Started off in the industry as warehouse and delivery person while in high school. Only worked in the summer months to pay for car insurance and extras that my parents said weren’t necessities! Got married right after high school and moved away. Started working and repairing home appliances then. From that day on that’s what I’ve done. Gradually kept moving up in roles and positions. One day in 2006, got a phone call from my brother. He wanted to know if I wanted to move into Commercial service. I moved back to Charleston, my two brothers and myself were together again. Eventually that company closed, one brother went to work for a school district (still doing service) and myself and other brother decided to open another service company. Won’t lie, it was hard, but fun. We were together until 2015. Times got really hard, customers not paying, we weren’t getting paychecks and I had to make a decision to leave. My brother followed me to company I went to a couple months later, but he came. There at that company, I started my CFESA, became a lead tech in which took me to a trainer there. Went to Management school for them and was transitioning into Service Mgr and Dispatcher, not a bad thing at all. Our OP at that company left, my brother followed and I did too a couple months later. Didn’t leave because of my brother, but because of the opportunities that TWC had to offer. I’ve been here now since 2017. We started off with 4 technicians in our branch and now we have Myrtle Beach up through Wilmington NC. We are continuing to grow our family, yes I said family! That’s what we are!
