I have been the General Manager of Metropolis Funding since 2001. I have handled every type of residential mortgage financing including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and Reverse Mortgage lending. I have been in and around the mortgage and real estate industry for over 20 years including owning a title company, buying and selling homes, running two different mortgage companies, passing my title insurance exam, and being registered and licensed with the NMLS system for multiple states. My wife has also been in the business for many years, including having her Realtors license for over 10 years and being a Business Development Manager for a large, reputable title company.
