 Successfully competed for sales of Bone Biologics and Amniotic Tissue for use in Spinal Fusion surgeries, within an extremely competitive sales environment. Winning doctors’ personal trust was the key ingredient in this sales process – I have demonstrated an ability to secure that trust. I worked with Materials-Managers, Purchasing, and Value-Analysis Committees to successfully keep the products I represented on-contract (Doctors cannot request product use without first obtaining this green light). Demonstrated product value to each department involved with approval of product approval/purchase. Helped materials managers maintain accurate consignment inventory volume, and invoice appropriate surgical implants. I also helped them maintain their own purchased inventory to ensure the appropriate products were available when needed.

 Responsible for managing a multi-state territory (potions of Wisconsin, Iowa. Successfully introduced and sold the implant “Duragen” (a brand new modality for dural grafting) to every account performing cranial surgeries in the territory. After 2 years, my territory contained the #2 and #20 Duragen accounts by dollar volume in the country. Effectively sold single use implants, disposable items, and capital equipment Sold and supported surgical aspirator systems (capital equipment) valued at $150K each to nearly every hospital in my territory Responsible for 15 different product lines.
