I previously worked as the General Manager at XSPORT Fitness in Libertyville. My job as General Manager includes many daily tasks which include directing the sales teams by giving them daily goals such as creating appointments and reaching out to local businesses to create partnerships as well as coordinating events. Additionally, I worked as Director of Medical Staff at The Radcliff, Wood Dale Il. At the Radcliff, I worked with our 204 staff members to account for sales, scheduling and yearly revenue. When any situation or problem came up, I made sure that my staff and I determined the course of action needed to help isolate the incident and fix it as a team. Both of these positions have given me a tremendous amount of management experience that has allowed me to hone my coordination, management, and teamwork skills.I use my youth to my advantage so I can better connect with my clientele/staff, creating a positive experience for both sides, and offering a different perspective to certain obstacles that may arise. I have been working in a management position for most of my life and have earned respect from everyone who I have managed, creating a trusting and positive working environment which has generated a tremendous amount of revenue. With my certifications, management experience, and enthusiasm for growth, I know I could truly dedicate myself to working alongside high achieving people!
