As the owner of Excelsior Solutions, I oversee multiple clients while hiring employees, contractors and managing a team of highly skilled developers, QA engineers, project managers and product managers. I created a kiosk application, Alula (Coinstar Exchange), that allowed customers to exchange gift cards for cash. I integrated Coinstar kiosks with other companies such as Amazon, Coinme, Incomm, and doxo. I have managed and developed React Native mobile applications and worked with foreign consulting firms to develop iOS and Android applications.

In 2013, I started Strong Side Stats, which is today's leading company in real-time play-calling analytics for football. Through years of coaching, I graduated from recording plays on paper to spreadsheets with tables. After seeing the usefulness of the data after a game was over, I really wanted to make this data available in real-time during games. This aids coaches in making in-game adjustments.As a football coach, I believe that a coach should never be the reason a team loses a game. Strong Side Stats is a tool that allows coaches to have greater insight into the performance of their team and individual players, as well as gain a competitive advantage over other teams.

I worked with a remote group of management, developers and QA to implement, using Java, an electronic Clinician Health Record that enables healthcare providers to securely access healthcare information collated from any number of trusted sources relating to an individual patient in a structured and easily accessible way.Using Java I developed an electronic Personal Health Record that enables consumers to record and selectively share healthcare information about themselves and their loved ones in a secure manner.

Managed concurrent projects from resource allocation, requirements gathering to architectural decisions. Provided strategic vision on platform consolidation as well as architectural re-use. Project clients included Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, Comcast, CVS, 7-11 and many other businesses.

Managed small agile teams to estimate / develop products that leveraged other FDC products, such as IVR, Plastics generation, Pre-paid processing, ACH transfers, BuyPass and STAR. Leveraged as much cutting edge technology as possible to reduce development time and errors.

Worked directly as a tech lead with Jeppesen at their facility to re-write www.jeppesen.com. Developed backend web services using the latest J2EE design patterns as well as Ant, Maven, and XDoclet for automated pattern generation as well as front-end using WebLogic Workshop.

Maintained Medical Transcription software, with real-time, anywhere in the world deployment. Sold services to medical offices throughout the western portion of the United States.

Developed for The Home Depot an authoring tool that allowed for the rapid deployment of non UPC based product lookup at the cash registers and self service checkouts.

Managed web-based lead management projects for Global 1000 companies as well as technical support for the end customer and liaison between the developers and end-users.

I was a sofware engineer that focused on operating and maintenance on satellite systems at our customer's facilities. My daily activities included implementing new features, fix bugs, maintain 100% uptime as well as tracking down operational issues.
