-Effectively design and solution requirements for CoStar Real Estate Manager Software Implementations.-Work between Sales, Development, and Product Teams to ensure the solution required is delivered efficiently while meeting or exceeding the client’s requirements.-Assist Sales with pre-sales solutions to ensure a project is properly scoped and any potential roadblocks are identified, with possible solutions developed or in place, before the final signature.-Act as the main point of contact for feasibility discussions, product enhancement requests, and functionality reviews for one of Costar’s largest clients.-Enhance the Costar Real Estate Manager Product by working with Sales and Development to rapidly deliver new reporting products to address an immediate business need outside of our normal product life cycles.-Implement multiple clients across varying timelines and ranging in low to high complexity from project start to completion/full adoption and transitioning to post-implementation support of CoStar Real Estate Manager. -Act as the main POC during projects and drive clients' successful implementation while providing ad-hoc/custom solutions to ensure client requirements are (re-)scoped, designed, and delivered taking into account the project budget, timeline, and resource availability.

Consultant, specifically working with the Warehouse Management I-Series software (AS400-based software) under the Manhattan Associate's Distributed Order Management Product Suite. Mainly I was charged with assessing the needs of our clients and gaining a comprehensive and detailed understanding of our clients' processes in order to tailor our software to meet these needs and allow our clients to efficiently conduct business; using our software as leverage to improve upon processes when possible.

Developed and maintained databases utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access in order to track various production metrics. Assisted in the implementation of a new company-wide operating system by creating various visual tools. Supervised the tube shop for a week to ensure that the area was adhering to the production schedule and if any production issues occured, categorizing them and communicating it to senior leadership. Completed my Greenbelt Training, however, not the certification.

Updated, daily, company databases with information from domestic and foreign financial services partners whom the company has purchased various financial products from for clients.

Created and maintained purchase orders and supplier correspondence for over 230 different cast iron parts.Aided in the creation of a new business intelligence tool by extracting data and utilizing Pareto analysis to determine where a reduction in costs from suppliers could occur. Assisted in the implementation of a new inventory process and the creation of a new pick process to reduce inventory and increase efficiency in production. Audited and analyzed the daily receiving process to identify where productivity was lost and changes in efficiency could be made.
