• Provide safety consultation to the Technology leadership, employees and safety committees with implementing injury avoidance and accident prevention programs • Support and coordinate safety initiatives such as Target Zero, the Safety Accountability Brochure and Southern Lifestyle and wellness initiatives• Provide safety and compliance training, to include Instructor-Led training and enrolling employees in Learning Source courses• Monitor compliance with all internal and external safety policies, regulations and procedures for Information Technology professionals

• Manage the State of Alabama Army National Guard Training Program to include a $100 million fiscal budget for ammunition management, range operations support, training management and education requirements• Develop and execute the Adjutant General’s training guidance and training program for more than 11,000 Soldiers assigned to the national guard• Review and analyze regulations, directives and other training documents to ensure personnel are in compliance with training guidance, policy and doctrine established by the Department of the Army• Disburse and monitor the execution of resources for operations and training requirement for the units conducting sustainment training and units preparing for deployment• Coordinate and direct 95 subordinate commands in the development of short - and long range training strategies for individual and collective training events
