Responsible for seven golf courses and three driving ranges. Ensuring successful day-to-day running of all courses through the management of greens staff, including meeting their training needs and recruitment of new staff. Involvement in a successful contract bid to win a twenty year contract on Richmond Park Golf Course; including planning, design and construction of 6 new holes I have also recently developed a course maintenance procedure manual for the purpose of standardising work practices across the seven courses.
