I am a driven, honest and reliable individual with extensive knowledge of running different tubulars using various hydraulic and manual equipment. While working offshore I have worked on all types of rigs and seen many different operations being carried out. I was with Weatherford TRS for 8 years and was crew chief for 7 years and I thrived on responsibility. I am trying to further myself in the oil industry and moved to the drilling side of things as a roustabout then roughneck with Archer for over 6 years. I am currently working as TRS Supervisor/Roughneck with Odfjell technologies on Platform Abandonments. I am open to opportunities which could further my career. Go out to jobs as crew chief as part of the team. Regularly liaise with clients and supervisors about upcoming jobs. Making sure all equipment for the job is present and in working condition. Communicate between the client and our base if any issues arise. Problem solving on the job is a key responsibility. I have worked on Semi Submersible, Jack Up, Land rigs and Fixed Platform Rigs. Drill Floor Experience has given me a proven track record to meet deadlines and ensure targets are achieved whilst maintaining Safety. Basic maintenance on our hydraulic equipment is part of my job as well as fixing and problems which arise but keeping stoppages to a minimum. Pre job planning has to be done to ensure everything needed is present and correct.
