Dedicated over a decade serving on a multitude of high-performance cross-functional teams in a variety of environments around the world as an officer in the Naval Special Warfare community. Having personally led and been led by highly talented and motivated individuals, I have gained a true appreciation of the value of trust in an organization to enable personal and professional development and a more cohesive team. I value those who are willing to dedicate themselves to their purpose and are willing to overcome challenges in their endeavor to achieve greatness. Hardwork and difficult tasks requiring a multitude of qualifications and experiences from across a group of people inspire me to better myself and support those around me to accomplish our goals.
