• Support of Windows and Macintosh platforms for workstations including installation of software, machine repair, and new user setup. Monitoring of artists’ render queue, insuring workflow andresponding to any problems.
• Responsible for disk space maintenance and operation of tape backup systems including DTF, AIT, and LTO.
• Operation of Kodak Genesis film scanner and Celco film recorder, Stock Footage Library organization and maintenance. Creation of custom DVDs through Apple DVD Studio Pro. Monitor color calibration.
