Dyersburg, Tennessee

Responsible for safety, quality and productivity on the Toyota Sienna EPS assembly line and machining line. Transitioned to the Nissan Rogue/Leaf assembly line to help stabilize off shift production. NSK was awarded new business and I moved to the Nissan Murano / Toyota Pathfinder assembly line. Worked with engineering on the new product launch, process flow and operating procedures. The Nissan Murano line had the best quality record of any new product launch at NSK.

Jackson, Tennessee Area

Responsible for SQDC for two Mill Production Lines. Worked closely with the finish line to supply 100% quality to the customer. Monitored scrap, yield and net yield on an hourly basis and reported to Management. Performed monthly safety meetings and weekly safety audits. Worked closely with Kaizen team to reduce downtime and improve TPM.

Jackson, Tennessee Area

Responsible for Stamping Operations for three shifts. Worked closely with Quality, Tooling and Maintenance on a daily basis. Heavily involved in new product launches as well as insourcing new buisness. Responsible for and maintained stamping department budget. Performed cost savings on the stamping lube system for an annual savings of $120,000. Worked closely with Kaizen team on reducing change over times and coil change times.
