Responsibilities included: - Leading discussions and managing deliverables with consultants engaged to perform sell-side diligence -Assisting management with the drafting of and completion of finance sections of the Base Registration document prepared for a UK IPO listing-Successfully led a multination team of internal and external resources to develop and implement IFRS accounting policies for the Group’s adoption of IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IFRS 16 (Leases) and communicated the results to the Group CFO.-Simplified the Group’s Consolidated IFRS financial statements to increase clarity and transparency.

- Managed multiple indirect reports and oversaw the monthly close, project accounting and accounts payable processes- A project lead for implementation of new ERP System (Netsuite) supporting product design, build, test, and integration. -Support treasury and accounting functions for defining accounting requirements with development of Kyriba (treasury platform). -Assist in building, testing, and integrating multiple financial satellite platforms (>25) into NetSuite. -Support data conversion of SAP data into Clarivate’s new system architecture. -Closely collaborate with Deloitte (consulting partner) and Clarivate project stakeholders to manage project deliverables and overall project timeline
