Developed and managed production of aftermarket accessories for off highway vehicles. Used Solid Works 3-D modeling software to produce complex plastic body panels along with the metal fabricated parts for complete vehicle cab system enclosures. Responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, bill of materials, prototypes, testing and installation manuals.

Performed mechanical design, development, and support work on new and existing MTS products. Tasks included stress analysis and material selection. Analyzed technical problems and recommended solutions. Ensured designs met established specifications and project goals within the project budget and schedule. Supported assigned projects by solving problems, weighing alternatives, and selecting the approach yielding the most favorable result.
