I have over 30 years experience in corporate and Non Profit sector development. I design and run training programs based on the specific needs of an organisation. Having worked in over 30 countries, I am comfortable with cultural diversity. I am also comfortable in managing and working with the special needs community with almost 70% of my staff being in that category. I am open to collaborating with anyone in the uplifting of marginalized communities. I can also conceptualize and design community intervention programs. I have developed programs on entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy and inclusion, diversity and inclusion and in the area of mental wellness.Currently, I am looking at serving the divergent learners communities and how to support their employability and also their journey as entrepreneurs.I have consulted for the Telco, Oil & Gas, Financial, pharmaceuticals, palm oil, manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
