My work included:• Advising and providing best practice consulting on supply chain compliance for over $200 Million of international wood purchases, helping to create an industry-leading sourcing traceability program.• Advising the company on corrective actions and compliance system development for identified deficiencies, resulting in the company completing the first two years of their compliance testing without major issues.
