I have three years of experience as a student on the Loveland High FIRST Robotics team, as well as four years as a mentor to the team. On the team, I was in charge of designing and wiring the electronics as well as making any custom circuits from scratch. Because of my experience with FIRST robotics, I have experience diagnosing issues and coming up with solutions on the fly. As an Eagle Scout, I have learned leadership, problem solving, and teamwork skills. For my Eagle Scout project, I designed a new dumpster enclosure for First Presbyterian Church in Fort Collins. I created a project proposal and plan, procured materials, recruited, and supervised about fifteen scouts to construct the new enclosure. I also had to find solutions to any issues that arose.
