Manage all aspects of projects, grants and contracts during their life cycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery, as well as assembling the project team, assigning responsibilities, and managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure that all projects meet requirements, including all operational requisites, reporting obligations and related deliverables.Analyze client needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop project specifications and requirements. Define operations, tools, and training to meet those requirements. Develop the project schedule and plan to ensure timely completion. Obtain management and client agreement with the project plan and timeline. Advise of any obstacles or resource needs that may affect completion of the project as planned. Assemble the project team, identify competencies and assign resources to project tasks appropriate to each individual's knowledge, skill and abilities.Define and disseminate methods for communication of project status with multiple stakeholders. Work closely with the principal stakeholders on all aspects of the project. Communicate project goals, monitor project progress and adjust resources as necessary to keep the project on track. Apply project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress. Responsible for cost, schedule and performance of all assigned efforts.Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to develop operational policies, resource documents, and training documents, including the documentation of best standards and practices. Establish policies, standards and procedures to ensure useful and readily accessible project status.Projects have included: USF Village residential complex including recreation, food service and Publix grocery store; Athletics indoor performance facility; Football operations building.

As PM for the Diocese Office of Construction and Real Estate the scope of the job included many duties. From coodinating with government agencies for special use exemptions, coordinating construction projects of various scope and sizes, and resolving any plant management issues regarding construction and permitting for Diocesan properties.
