As President and CEO, I currently lead FellowshipLIFE’s senior leadership team with responsibility for overall operations and performance. I ensure the execution of strategic planning and development initiatives; direct many essential functions that are managed and executed by the senior leadership team; and maintain a high level of care and services to residents, members and patients, as well as, the sound financial health of FellowshipLIFE. I have had the pleasure of serving on the Board of Directors of the Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills and LeadingAge New Jersey. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and LeadingAge.I previously served as FellowshipLIFE’s Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2006 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2008. My education includes a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, Magna Cum Laude and an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University. I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Specialties: Aging Services, Healthcare, Strategic planning, and Finance.
