Leading a dynamic organization, am direct report to the Senior Transportation Manager, West Region. Responsible for growing a customer obsessed organization supporting multiple fulfillment centers with their relentless pursuit of perfection. Through building standard work, developing an organization of leaders, and adopting a bias for action, supported an area shipping millions of units per week.

Responsible for supplier and sourcing management, cost reduction, and supply chain strategy for the Permian corporate business strategy. Recruiting to build a best in class supply organization in supplier development, supply chain development, supply chain program management and logistics.

Manage the distribution organization efficiently managing all logistical and material management duties for Pressure Pumping Services in the West Texas, Permian division. Responsible for over 70 employees directing the organization in the transition into distribution management with the goal of reducing the overall cost and efficiency of the division. Directly manage 3 bulk plants and a sand plant within the division and am responsible for the product flow from the supplier to the well-site. Also manage numerous 3rd part logistical companies, carriers, and driver outsource suppliers within the region. Handle all contracts and directly manage all equipment and products supporting the business.

Manage all personnel and materials for North America Offshore drilling. Manage Newfoundland, Alaska, and US Gulf Coast locations. Responsible for the inventory planning, projects, and warehouse functions for over 15 locations throughout North America. Manage directly the organization that supports any aspect of materials management in support of North America Offshore. Project manage lean initiatives, incorporate Six Sigma and other lean processes, implement KANBAN's, cycle counting, and other cost savings methods to provide the best service and support to our stakeholders. Implement and sustain SAP management for materials along with barcoding solutions with integration into SAP.

Managed all warehouse functions for D&M in Youngsville, LA. Managed and responsible for all materials management functions, logistics, and supply chain. Planned/forecasted inventory, implemented KANBAN's, cycle counting, and several lean projects. Implemented SAP for inventory management and became the administrator for D&M assisting and providing support for SAP needs.

Serve in the US Army for 11 years. Various positions ranging from Combat Engineer, to Logistical Operations. Served two tours in Iraq. Served active duty stationed at Fort Hood from 2002-2005. Served active duty in recruiting for the military based in Dallas, TX. I have held numerous positions which range from managing, training, and leading Soldiers in preparation for deployments, coaching and mentoring them on living the Army values and maximizing their potential. Served last tour and have held the position as squad leader and managed logistical operations for a company sized element with a coverage area of the lower half of Iraq. Successfully completed the mission with zero casualties and loss of equipment. Received various awards ranging from the Soldiers Medal to several Army Commendation medals and good conduct medals.
