I created Mind Synergy to offer my expertise to those people who told me they wanted to be more successful at something. Using the skills and knowledge that I had learned and developed over 10 years working with Success Motivation International, I was able to create a coaching system that has helped many people from all walks of life. I believe I was one of the earliest coaches to set up in business in Australia and I am truly proud of the multiple success stories that my clients and friends have achieved.

Originally a distributor of SMI programs, I was promoted to the position of National Training Manager and moved from WA to Victoria. After some time in the role of National Training Mgr I was appointed a Development Director with national responsibility. In that role I won several awards as the best in Australasia.
