When you give people a clear direction and latitude to perform, you give people a sense of value and worth. Then you praise their accomplishments, and hold them accountable for the results. When you build a TEAM and develop a common vision, you will achieve more than as individual is able. Using innovation technique with a group of diverse people, will yield astonishing results and increased efficiency. This style of management has to hold safety and environmentally aspects in the highest regards. When managing large groups of people to small groups, you have to adapt to the situation and learn different tactics to achieve your goal, but they are all founded in the same principles.These attributes are what I strive to display and are what I look for in a company.
