About Brian Lederer
Hi, I'm Brian! First and foremost, I am a proud husband and father of three. When I am not home, I am at work building relationships and supporting my team. My prior boss had a saying that has stuck with me; "We are not in the sales business, we are in the people business." This has resonated with me since then because it is so true how important it is to represent yourself and build those people relationships. I have been in the grocery retail environment for the last 15 years. I am currently a Zone Sales Manager with the Campbell's Soup Company representing iconic brands like; Pepperidge Farm Goldfish and Snyder's of Hanover Pretzels. No matter what role I have held in this business, my goal has always been to provide the best customer service experience possible. I love working with, finding solutions, and helping people drive sales to ensure the consumer has the best experience during their shopping trips. I start each day with the mindset of "What can I learn today?" and I encourage my team to do the same. I enjoy being part of a team and doing my part helping others develop their future goals. I listen and learn from all those around me so that I am always learning and adapting to improve myself, my skills, and my leadership. When I am not working I love my home life. I am a big Star Wars/Marvel/DC/comics nerd, because who isn't. In my pastime, I love going to the movies. Whether it's date night with my wife, family time with the kids, or just by myself, I find real enjoyment relaxing for a few hours with a Dr. Pepper and a bag of popcorn. I also love being creative and working on DIY projects (Trust me my wife has a long list of honey-do's). Taking on the challenge of building something on my own and the satisfaction I get once it is completed is a great feeling. I love meeting new people and building my network, so let's connect and collaborate.
