Residential developments in various locations of height 30 to 40 storey with apartments number ranging from 120 to 200 units.o Various very large scale developments in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, which include Shopping centres, Commercials, Hotels and Residential developments. • Strengthening design of numerous Esso’s offshore steel platforms, at Bass Strait, Tasmania • Ultimate strength checks on Lustkintyre Bridge, NSW• Wrote software program to estimate the degeneration of Sydney Ocean Outfall fibre reinforced resin risers.

• One of the key design engineer for the HSBC Headquarters, 1 Queen’s Road, Central, HK: a 46 storey, 180m high-tech modular steel structure.• Breeze Terrace, Bonham Road, HK: Two 40-storeys residential buildings on a 6-levels commercial/car park podium. The site is within the mid-level schedule area • Queen Mary Hospital Extension: New Block K, a 23-storeys building above a 6 storey podium, retaining a 22m high rock face in a very confine site. New Block J, an 11-storeys building in a very confine site. Alteration to various other existing buildings. • Luk Yeung Sun Cheun Estate: Estate development above the Mass transit depot at Tsuen Wan, Kowloon, HK. Consists of 17 blocks of 28 –storey residential buildings, cinema, schools, youth centre and commercial centres.

• 65 storeys Complex Tun Abdul Razak (Komtar), Penang: Assistant resident engineer for the construction of the 65-storeys commercial tower block over a 4-storeys podium.• Perak Turf Club, Grandstand extension, Ipoh: Supervision of the post tensioning works of the extension and alteration works. • 21 storeys Wisma Supreme, Kuala Lumpur: Supervision of construction and design checks on the 21- storey commercial building in Lorong Parry, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. • Armco drainage pipe, Kuala Lumpur: Remedial works to existing Armco pipes which drain the Kuala Lumpur Metropolitian.• Twin Cinema, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah: Design of the twin cinemas, coffee house and administration office
