Being in the security industry for more than a decade I’ve been in a multitude of different types of security environments. I noticed that the standers are always to low and the training is nonexistent. As the Owner of Royal Blue Security Solutions I want to change the perspective on security, demand more from our officer’s and make them better well-round when it comes to knowledge and responsibilities.
