Support and focus on a project procurement called Naimat Phase-V natural gas processing plant in Pakistan which consists of a 1x100 MMscfd & 2x50 MMscfd Amine plants, 1x100 MMscfd Dehydration plant, 5x2.4 Megawatts Power generating units, hot oil system, and utilities. Coordinate EPSC contractor and sub-vendors for LLI's, as well Sinotrans for logistic.

Beijing

Capital projects procurement in North China. Successfully delivered a hydrogen peroxide project (Chemical Plant, CAPEX 200 mil Euro) as procurement manager, taking care all company procured equips/materials/service which partially apply BCCS frame Contracts by align with category managers, manage EPCM contractor, approve procurement documents, manage EPC.

Chengdu & Beijing

Two gas development projects, one is tight gas another is shale gas in Sichuan basin. Shell as operator. Jointly with PetroChina for management.(Resigned)

UAE, Iran

Project is called YADAVARAN which is a big onshore oil field development project, the block is located boarder between Iraq & Iran. I was one of client representative in FEED Contractor - Petrofac office in Sharjah, UAE and then in Tehran, Iran. I was named as Elite Staff, and assigned as project manager for special task in charge of some critical packages.

As procurement engineer for OMNOVA Latext project. Deputy Project Procurement Manager in ROC oil ZAP which is a offshore upstream project. New building of one offshore processing platform - OPB, a drilling platform - ODB, a Pipeline Terminal - PT1, with a subsea pipeline.

Tanggu, Tianjin

Project is one of the biggest offshore project in China with the biggest FPSO in world, 5 wellhead platforms were built and opperation. WHP-C, B, D, E, F. The main design was done by Fluor in Houston and EPC for LQ/EB was done by BOMESC of a local engineering firm in Tanggu. I acted as client function manager of materials management in LQ/EB Project, look.
