CurrentPrep, assemble and install personal computers. Troubleshoots personal computers to isolate and diagnose complex problems and to complete necessary repairs involving the installation of computer components and the re installation of software. Provides technical guidance and training to lower level personnel.• Basic experience with upgrades, troubleshooting and repair.• Working knowledge of MS Office 2007,2010,2013 and 2016 software.• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes.• Working knowledge of TCPIP and McAfee & Avast & Norton Virus Scan• Windows operating systems including WINXP and 7 PRO,Window 8 & 10Pro• Experience with printer troubleshooting and repair• Good verbal communication skills.• Basic network systems.• Basic training techniques.
