Brian Levitt is a commercial real estate developer with more than four-million square feet of mixed-use experience and a focus on creating healthy places. Brian's experience includes managing the development of 4MM SF of commercial, residential and mixed-use communities in Colorado since 1996 including Lakehouse on 17th Condos. Brian is skilled in Sustainable and Wellness Focused Mixed-Use Development, Underwriting and Acquisitions, Project Management, Asset Management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and WELL Building Certification (WELL). Giving back to the community is a priority for Brian, mentoring graduate students at DU and CU, educating ULI professionals, serving on nonprofit boards and committees, and investing in local organizations who prioritize people in need, first. Brian enjoys science and art, making music and playing sports. Shinrin Yoku is his favorite family pastime.
