During the incredible 4 years of the associate director role, I managed to host a global professional survey platform - ConfirmIT to China mainland to support our client with better survey experience and security. I helped the company created 2 products, one is to open the room to have respondents interact with us from a WeChat perspective and the other one is for handling mystery shopper projects end to end.I also managed to lead a brand new automation team to support excel, reports automation as well as developing customized dashboard from scratch using php and the VUE framework without relying on third party dashboard softwares to give client optimized prices with better customized design.CI workbench - one of the super optimized and efficient project management platform, developed by me, has evolved quite a lot to support all of the above and has become more famous across the entire consumer insights industry. The out-sourcing mode was successfully achieved and the BaU runs normally. At this point, business started to transit to a bigger scope (End to End), and the previous tools started to be not enough cause it just supports programming process. I Joined Nielsen as a survey programmer of ConfirmIT. During this period, I found I suit the job well, so I used my spare time in developing a tool called Online Tools to help with more automation on programming. This tool also supports project management for the entire programming team（Access + Excel mode）, and it was leveraged to Nielsen India, Europe in eventually.
