Marketing Manager for DDPAI, one of the fastest growing dashcam brands in Malaysia. Directly spearheading the strategic planning of all online marketing initiatives for the brand alongside our China counterparts. Mainly focused on strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns with the team. Also directly involved with influencers collaborations, content creation, advertising, managing work tasks of team members, and monitoring performance of the overall brand. -Assist in preparation and management of a digital marketing budget-Assist in the planning and implementation of an overall digital marketing strategy with the team (Across Facebook, Instagram, Shopee & Lazada)-Carry out marketing campaigns as part of the overall digital marketing strategy-Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram & Sellers Platforms (Shopee & Lazada)-Evaluate strategies and report on sales & ad performance trends (campaign results, data analysis, with regular reporting on results.)-Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube & Instagram

-Assist in company's social media marketing campaigns (Eg. Giveaways, Livestreams, Influencer marketing etc)-Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube & Instagram.-Scheduling content publications across platforms.-Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms-Keep myself updated on the latest digital tools and platforms, trends, technology and share insights with the rest of the team

-Assist with replenishing food(mainly cake & pastries) and take customers' orders.-Process payments as a cashier-Maintain safe and healthy work environment-Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible-Prepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, flat white, cafe latte, and cappuccino.

-Restocking depleted or promotional items and ensuring that the bookstore is organized according to established guidelines.-Assisting customers in locating desired shop items or resolving any issues.-Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.-Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.-Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations when needed
