Responsible for project-managing the implementation of NorthGateArinso SAP HR global template for AstraZeneca in 9 EMEA countries, as part of a worldwide implementation in 122 countries with a €200m budget.Managed a budget of €9m; Led a virtual team of 8 resources, the implementation partner, and other 3rd parties; implemented solution successfully using a 5-month cycle (SAP all-in one methodology) for each country, running in parallel, with staggered start dates; achieved the successful implementation of the solution in all countries within budget and time requirements.
