Technical Support Specialist
Current- Assist students and instructors via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and customersatisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, document troubleshooting steps, and escalate unresolved issues to teammembers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support efficiency and communication.
- Gather and report user feedback and requests to inform platform improvements and bug fixes.
- Assist the development team with quality assurance testing, including executing test cases and reportingobservations.
- Participate in additional projects as needed to support company objectives.
