• Provide audit services with specific experience in the manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, service, and employee benefit plan industries.• Plan large and small diverse audits, including coordination with multiple locations and multiple functions and ensure appropriate execution. Manage teams consisting of four or more seniors and staff.• Interact with executive client management including fee negotiations, issue and audit finding updates and resolutions, and technical topic presentations.• Perform assurance services on various SEC reports including 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, 8-K’s, 11-K’s, S-1’s S-3’s, S-4’s, consents, and comfort letters.• Coordinate and manage multiple integrated financial statement audits simultaneously. Review testwork and provide comments to ensure all issues are appropriately identified, conclusions are adequately supported within the work papers, and client deadlines are met.• Manage staffing in the Omaha office. Schedule meetings with management to staff engagements to best suit the office and resolve staffing conflicts.• Act as performance manager. Provide constructive feedback and career path advice to counselees.
