He possess expertise in contract management, negotiation, project planning, start ups, entrepreneurship and 10 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Underwater Earth Movers (UEM). Our dredging project was an outstanding success and we owe that success to the professional, ethical, hardworking team at UEM. Our project was extremely trying on so many levels and Brian Lofgren, owner of UEM, came on board late in the process. Nonetheless, he stepped in and stepped up. Brian helped us through the final steps of preparation. He attended Board meeting to discuss the project with our membership and helped us to coordinate the necessary subcontractors for the project. Brian was straightforward with what he would do, how he would do it, and what it would cost. Brian delivered everything he promised for the cost he quoted, and our project presented many challenges for his team. Brian had back-to-back projects scheduled and he worked us into an already full schedule. Then, due to complications on our side, our start date was delayed more than once. Brian continued to change his schedule, arranged for additional teams, and went way beyond his contractual obligations to make sure our project was completed within our approved work window. His team worked from December 26 through December 31, working back-to-back shifts, in order to complete our project. His team was more than professional and it was a pleasure having them in our moorage. You know it has been a good experience when you hug your contractors. As far as Tomahawk Destiny Association is concerned, Underwater Earth Movers are the only marine contractor to consider. As I mentioned earlier it was my pleasure to write this recommendation.
