Vital Team member in Financial Controls Team within Bankwest Finance, responsible for tightening the security and integrity of financial data housed within the Bank's General Ledger (Peoplesoft). Key duties include being responsible for source system to General Ledger reconciliations and overseeing the entire bank's reconciliation, assisting Financial Controllers with conducting reconciliation and manual journal spot checks, reporting of KRIs and overseeing risk matters including change management and reporting to CBA Group Finance on key risk matrices.

An integral role in the Performance Analytics Team, managing and developing timely management Information on Key Performance Indicators for products portfolio to ensure the business goals are met. This role produces insightful analysis to support business decisions and strategies through weekly and monthly reporting, campaign performances, variance analysis and monitoring of portfolio trends.

Responsible for supporting the execution of the Operational Risk Framework, providing risk management expertise to colleagues within Bankwest Operations (Pre and Post Settlements back office operations), , assisting Risk Champions in logging and assessment of operation risks and reporting of KRI (Key Risk Indicators) and updating issues and incidents until closure. Other duties include conducting deep dives on failed processes and documenting and presenting key findings and control gaps to business stakeholders.

Team member of Business Account Management Team, responsible for conducting credit risk review and managing accounts in arrears for business manager customers. This includes the analysis of business customer's financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Tax Statements), preparing credit risk submissions to Business Credit with recommendations. Other duties include managing the disbursal of funds to builders on construction loans and overseeing transitions of customers to Credit Asset Management Team for recovery action.
