Having worked my way through the branch to chargehand and being with the company for several years, I understand fully all aspects of how the business operates. My key focus has always been our customers, with whom I have excellent relationships from their transport teams to senior management. Our core customer base is within the construction and utilities markets, our scope is typically delivered to large projects where my roles extends to ‘Major project liaison operative’.I have Strong interpersonal skills and am an excellent communicator. I am confident and respectful with people. I have the ability to give and receive feedback in a patient and constructive manner.
