As CASH Coalition coordinator, I was responsible for coordinating the AARP Tax-Aide program in Orange County with the support of the other members of the CASH Coalition. This program provides free income tax preparation at approximately twenty locations across the county. In addition to this program, I am heavily involved with the day-today administration of Literacy Orange. In this capacity, my responsibilities include: grant writing, event planning and management, public relations and communications, program coordination, and fundraising & development.

My primary responsibility was organizing, planning, and promoting the NY State Youth Championship tournament each spring. My responsibilities included identifying and communicating with all high school ultimate teams in New York state, soliciting suitable bids from potential tournament hosts, assisting team captains and coaches with online registration on USAU's website, scheduling all tournament games and brackets, and acting as tournament director during the tournament itself. This position also included promoting the sport of ultimate throughout the year with local media outlets and with the public.

My responsibilities included hiring staff, implementing park policy, scheduling, event planning and management, ensuring staff compliance with American Red Cross and NY State regulations, and maintaining day-to-day operations of the park.
