Currently supervise a team of associates who investigate matters involving commercial corruption, consumer fraud, sexual assault/harassment, etc. Our investigators participate in domestic investigations in all 50 states at all Walmart formats to include the e-Commerce businesses. Our US Team has the opportunity to complete investigations in international markets when our partners need additional resources.

Worked with Ethics and Legal on a daily basis to create, review, and implement strategies for complex investigations.

Actively investigated Tier 1 cases that involved Vendor Relationships, Internal Fraud, Logistical Concerns, and other Privileged Investigations. Completed HRI cases, Outbound Data/Cyber cases, and investigations in multiple countries. Investigated E-Commerce related cases that often dealt with potential Money Laundering and fraudulent customer accounts.

Managed the Identity Theft Task Force in Oakland, CA. Assisted as the on-hand supervisor during all search warrants, arrest warrants, surveillances, etc. Supervised local and federal police assigned to the task force. Evaluated members of the team and planned the budget for local law enforcement members.

Investigations: Investigated financial crimes related to identity theft, counterfeit currency, counterfeit checks, criminal conspiracy, computer fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud. Testified in Federal Grand Jury in the Northern District of California. Completed numerous subpoena requests and search warrants in both Federal and State Courts. Seized bank accounts, vehicles, and electronic devices. Protection: Developed security plans for the President of the United States and Foreign Dignitaries.
