Engineering technician with 24 years experience in the plastic extrusions industry. My variety of experience and ability to communicate with all levels of the business are evident in my growth in the organization. My professional career at Profusion started as a production lab technician. I was able to learn new skills and trades within my roles, and gradually moved up in the company, coming off the floor and joining the engineering department in 2008. Since then, I've continued to expand my knowledge and functionality to the business by becoming the technical lead on consumption of recycled materials as our primary source of raw material and have helped push the company toward a zero landfill initiative. Other core competencies include training and execution of six sigma methodologies, new product development, R&D, and cost reduction initiatives. In my free time I enjoy getting outdoors, camping with friends and family, and enjoying all that nature has to offer.
