After a couple months working in the restaurant industry, Brian quickly realized his passion for serving others in the restaurant and hospitality world. Now, with 37 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Brian has proven successful in growing brands including Rio Bravo, Ted's Montana Grill, Green Hills Grill, and most recently Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. His career has afforded him with experience in a variety of roles including Director of Operations, Local Owner, Chief Operations Officer, and now President of Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. Brian's strong entrepreneurial skills and passion for leading and developing his operators and leadership team has played a major role in growing the Jim 'N Nick's brand since his start in 2001.
