OneFleet (previously T-MOS) Projects department is responsible for the global delivery of major projects, new vessels and equipment to the TechnipFMC. This role encompasses supervision of Marine New Builds, Fleet Projects and Feed & Conceptual Studies department.Our team in Aberdeen has in-depth specialist knowledge ranging from naval architecture for vessel design, to engineers dealing with complex pipelay equipment. This technical expertise is supported by project management functions, including planning, cost control, contracts, procurement and QHSE.Along side the above I hold the position of Director of OneROV, OneFlexilay and Equipment where I am responsible for our global fleet of vessel based ROVs and mobile equipment including flexible pipelay systems {OneFlexilay in France and Brazil} and Mobile Equipment (Assets). In this role I am accountable for department long term asset planning, full financial / budgetary control, oversee HSE implementation and internal reporting setting and held accountable to KPIs and SLAs.

HIPPS), PLEM structures, piling, (diving intervention) DSV, platform and precommissioning ops.The last project I was responsible for was the Quad 204 Riser and Mooring Removal and Installation programme, west of Shetland, UKCS. Project Management of On and Offshore Work Packages – single point accountable to client and internal stakeholders. Commercial performance of the scopes. Manage variation to scope change and subcontracts. Management of construction subcontracts working with the Construction Manager to assist with vessel planning, coordination and infield vessel management. Risk identification and management ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies for all construction works.

EPIC Oil & Gas Construction - Based in AberdeenInitial remit of Assistant Project Manager progressed to Project Manager during the course of the ISLAY project. EPIC project consisted of the world’s first Electrically Trace Heated Pipe in Pipe (ETH PiP) / In field Umbilical / Seabed Conditioning / 2 x Large Manifold Structures / Control System. Managed over 300 vessel days of infield construction works installing and commissioning the ISLAY field which flows into the brown field FORVIE infrastructure.
