I am a Program Director for Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) at US Army, with over 20 years of experience in leading and managing cyber-electromagnetic operations and training. I have a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Leadership from the University of Washington, where I gained advanced knowledge and skills in leading and managing organizations.In my current role, I direct all training, management, and mission readiness for four departments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. I also collaborate with external partners and agencies to align and comply with policies and regulations, and to foster strategic partnerships. Previously, I supervised six graduate level courses that trained over 1,200 military personnel, civilians, and contractors, and served as the principal advisor to executive leadership. I have demonstrated skills in operations management, program oversight, budget management, and training and development. I have also contributed to the successful execution of numerous missions in multi-national exercises and events, showcasing my expertise and experience. I am passionate about enhancing any organizations capabilities and readiness through solid leadership, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to support its goals and objectives.
