Support Technician 1
CurrentI joined Trustmarque on the 1st of April 2016. This was a TUPE transfer that took place when Trustmarque took over responsibility for managing IT services at the Royal Society of Medicine.I am a member of the Infrastructure Support team, part of the Cloud and Managed Services division at Trustmaque. In my new role, I provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop and server issues. I also share the workload for managing the Mitel phone system and voicemail, and the switches and network infrastructure.
