Led technicians performing maintenance on MH-60S aircraft both forward deployed and stateside. Managed the maintenance planning, scheduling, logistics, and supply support of squadron aircraft. • Led the way for activity manpower management by being the best for Helicopter Sea Combat expeditionary squadrons during times of ongoing manning shortages and COVID mitigation constraints, ensured the squadron remained manned and qualified to support two forward deployed detachments in support of 5th and 6th Fleet operations. • Recognized an inefficient process for requisitioning replacement engines in Bahrain, coordinated with the CNAF T-700 Engine Manager and AIMD Bahrain to establish a Ready-for-Issue engine pool. This resulted in a five day decrease in turnaround time in the return aircraft to the flight line after an engine change and increasing readiness. • Led the squadron’s 50 Detachment ONE maintenance personnel in the completion of 50,413 maintenance actions resulting in 1,000 mishap free flight hours flown while forward deployed to Manama, Bahrain. Expertly managed the logistics and processing of 124 high value repairable parts valued at $2.1M in support of operational tasking. • Planned and managed the Periodic Maintenance Inspections of six aircraft resulting in the increase of the squadron’s Full Mission Capable rate by 500%, supporting Commander Naval Air Forces “Return to Readiness” initiative.

Revitalized the department’s Support Equipment Planned Maintenance System and Maintenance Training programs by taking them from being evaluated as “Needing More Attention” to being “On Track” and in compliance with all instructions and directives. • Leader in the Wing for manpower management during times of smaller budgets for transfers, ensuring the squadron remained manned and qualified enabling the support of 17 aircraft carrier underway detachments. • Responsible for the execution of the 2017 contract and the daily administration and management of a 12 person, $1.7M maintenance Contract Field Team ensuring work requirements are continuously achieved in accordance with all NAVOSH, OSHA, and other requirements. • Expertly managed and planned the timely Periodic Maintenance Inspections of five aircraft and the logistics and processing of 101 high value repairable parts valued at $1.7M in support of operational tasking.

Led Material Control Division personnel in the supply and material support for aircraft, department, and command to include all OPTAR and 7F funding accounting. • Managed the flawless acceptance and transfer of 16 aircraft, completion of seven Integrated Maintenance Concept inspections, and oversaw four seamless squadron aircraft turnovers during a challenging and dynamic 7th Fleet deployment. This allowed the successful completion of 20 detachments to 12 different countries, executing 630 sorties and 3,658 flight hours. This resulted in a 99% mission completion rate supporting all operational tasking. • Responsible for the revitalization of the command’s Tool Control program valued at $19M resulting in its efficiency and effectiveness improvement. Instituted a streamlining of the command’s Hazardous Material program which encompassed 225-line items of material ensuring 100% accountability and regulatory compliance. • Executed a flawless 2015 Procurement Performance Management Assessment Program inspection, lauded by the inspector as a model program for 7F funding management. Managed the flawless logistics and processing of 183 high priority repairable parts requisitions valued at over $2M resulting in the detachment being able to maintain a 100% mission completion rate in support of operational tasking. • Revised the training and qualification standard for the squadron’s Detachment ONE personnel increasing the depth of knowledge of 16 mission critical billets for our forward deployed detachment. This resulted in a decrease in time for detachment personnel being able to become proficient in forward deployed operations and increasing readiness. • Directed 22 Quality Assurance Representatives in the flawless performance of 135 audits and monitors resulting in 39 critical maintenance programs being graded “On Track” during the 2009 Aviation Maintenance Inspection.
