During this period under Data Team Uganda which is an IT Consultancy Company, I was deployed in the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV) Uganda from June 2023 to March 2024. I was assigned a number of responsibilities which I accomplished successfully and they included the following;Ensured internet accessibility for all SNV Uganda country offices.with the support of MTN as the ISP.Providing technical guidance when procuring computers and other IT related gadgets. Providing user support to over 40 staff having challenges while using their laptops physically, oncall and through remote Desktop hence reducing downtime.Support staff with usage of Microsoft office 365 and Share point.Ensuring printer availability on the network for printing services at the offices among others.

Repaired the computers hence reducing downtime.Ensured network connectivity at the organization.Installed Windows and software applications on the computers.Managed and helped in operating of the printer hence eased office work.Provided support to staff in regards to used of office applications.Participated in setting up of the projector during presentations.Created posters and designs for the organization for events and activities.Maintained the website of the organization.
