Heading into my 16th year within the Fund Administration industry I can proudly say that my roles and experiences over this time have made me as well rounded within all aspects of the industry as ever before. My first 13 years working within multiple Investor Operational positions granted me a first hand understanding and connection to the invaluable place Client Service / Focus plays in our industry and how relationships are built and maintained. Advancing myself from a Jr. Associate to a Sr. Manager across two separate firms gave me tremendous insight into operational efficiencies, staff management techniques and the benefits of positive reinforcement.My decision 3 years ago to move onto a new challenge within a different department, Client Integration Management, has enhanced my breadth of experience and knowledge far further than I anticipated. Project Management, system capability and proficiency, a deeper understanding of service offerings and how they mold themselves to each clients regulatory requirements are just a few of the skills I've gained. Acting as the face of the company for new clients while leading them through their introduction to Fund Administration and its particulars has been highly rewarding.I've been fortunate to gain promotion once again, this time within my latest department, Client Integration, advancing from an Associate Director to a Senior Associate Director.
