Co-founder focusing on product development and operations. * Part of an executive team that turned a simple idea into a successful and profitable enterprise.* Developed Obsidian, a CRM and phone system that provides media tracking, call center management capabilities, and integration.

Hands on, hard-core development. Eventually grew to manage software developers as the team lead and project manager in Inntec's boutique-style development environment. • Architected and wrote the majority of the code in GrowerLive, an enterprise-level retail integration solution for massive plant nurseries that remains Inntec's focus to this day.• Rose to partner level and played an active role in business development as well as creative direction.• Developed Graphite, an ORM/data access solution.

Online strategy guide company provided up-to-date online guides for massively multiplayer online role-playing games during an era when the main competition was "dead tree format" books that were out of date as soon as they printed. With over 150 guides, GGO was a leader in this space and eventually provided official guides for NCSoft.• Developed the GGO eCommerce site from scratch.• Launched the entire business for $500, timed for availability the same week as World of Warcraft. This resulted in immediate profitability.• Tremendous learning experience.
