As a Coca-Cola alum, I recently completed a five-year project working with a remarkable group of peers in the Coca-Cola system, helping to divest and transition the Company's North American bottling operations and sales territories to independent bottlers. Working with 16 different bottlers, I had increasing levels of responsibility in the PMO, culminating in cross-functional territory transition responsibility. While that experience was invaluable to me, my background is in supply chain planning. I actually bookended my Coke tenure with a supply chain focus, starting out planning inventory of cold drink equipment and concluding with a product sourcing analysis that will return over $1M of annual transportation savings. I have ten years of consulting experience prior to joining Coca-Cola, during which time I implemented advanced planning systems (mostly JDA suite) for several industry leading companies. I've led S&OP process design and startup, collaborative planning implementations, delivered training, created custom metrics and reporting, and even coded many of the integrations between the planning systems and the client's ERP solution (thanks to PricewaterhouseCoopers for giving me a proper technical background). With the breadth of experience I've had, I am able to plug into different roles on a team as needed, and I love finding ways to help teams become more efficient.
